Refund & Exchange Policy

KOI offers returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. There will be Exchange & Return FEES 75 EGP.

To be eligible, items must meet the conditions listed below.

• Same condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as when received.
• Unworn & unwashed: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Tags attached: Original tags must still be attached to the item.
• Original packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging.

Please note:

• Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.
